| About the Infotainment Theme Park |
| Children Of One World (COOW) is planning to construct a Grand Educational Theme Park in North Dallas in partnership with City Government, Social Investors, Corporate Sponsors and other stakeholders. This theme park is expected to attract millions of visitors not only from Dallas, but from all over Texas and surrounding States. |

| Land |
| Propose site is approx. two hundred acres located between the four major counties of the Dallas Metroplex which include Dallas, Collin, Denton and Tarrant and at the intersection of three major highways. The Park is surrounded by live river and a Golf course on the East side. |

| Transportation & Access |
| The location is very well connected and easily accessible from any part of the Dallas Metroplex. It is in between four major intersections of highways. Depending on traffic it is less then 20 minutes drive from the two major airports of the Metroplex. |

| An extra bonus is a railroad track that runs right through the parking lot which is connected to the rest of Country. This way, visitors coming from airport, downtown or other areas may use the train as means of reaching the Theme Park. With the advantage of a railroad, people will be able to save money on gas, car-renting and taxi particularly when both gas prices and pollution is on the rise. It is our plan to build Texas Historic Train Station and allow the famous Thomas and Polar Express Train to add children excitement. |

| Visitors |
| Due to the following reasons, we expect over a 2.3 million visitors in this park annually. The reason for this expected soaring attendance of visitors and shoppers are as follows: |

Population within Texas is around 23.5 million, one of the biggest states with tremendous growth. The total population of the Dallas metropolis alone is over 6 million. The composition of populations in Texas is more a family mix rather than single as compare to other states. |

Currently there is no such park in Texas and surrounding states and will be a major source of attractions from all the surrounding regions. |

The Theme Resource Mall for children has the advantage of the attached theme park, Arts Gallery, Global Village Journey and International Village Resort, all these attractions will bring additional visitors to the Park. |

Dallas Metroplex is the head office of many large Corporations. In the four surrounding counties there are more then 200 large corporations employing thousand and more employees. (COOW will be happy to share the list upon request). Being centrally located it attracts more conventions then any other city in the surrounding region. |

The facility will attract major events because of convenience, ability to accommodate large group by providing lodging, boarding, convention and entertainment opportunities all at walking distance. |

Gary Goddard Entertainment Inc a California based firm to be the Master Planner and Chief Theme Designer of the resort. This is one of the world’s best theme park designing, and Hollywood’s movie direction firm. Some of the major projects already undertaken by the firm include Jurassic Park of Universal studios, Caesar Palace of Las Vegas, Hershey Chocolate Museum, Atlanta’s World Biggest Aquarium, etc. Some of the well known movies include 3D/4D movies of Spiderman, Terminator and number of other famous animated movies. Another proposed firm with whom we are working is Leisure and Recreation Concepts, Inc (LARC) is a full-service turnkey provider of consulting, design and management services to the entertainment industry. Over the past 37 years, LARC, a Dallas based firm, has worked over 1,050 projects in over 40 countries. The discipline represented on the LARC team include research and economics, marketing, planning, design, architecture, audio/visual, computer modeling and animation, advertising and financial management.(www.larcinc.com) |

We have made contact with several vendors for the manufacturers of mechanical rides, water park accessories, and other family entertainment and educational games. |

| Partnership with the City |
Even though the site is reserved by the City for park and recreation for the last several years but due to lack of resources, City was unable to develop the Park for which it was marked. Now COOW is working in partnership with City to develop this grand park.
Besides significantly contributing to City’s tax revenue, it is our expectation that the completion of this project will have tremendous beneficial impact on the tourism, culture, employment and entertainment segments of City’s economy. |

| Social Aspects |
Due to intrinsic and built-in elements of social development being incorporated in the Project, a large number of American and other International professionals have volunteered for and continue to dedicate their time, expertise and skills for the project. This includes theme designers, project planners, professional writers, financial analysts, educationists etc. It is the dedication of this entire team that has served to bring the project closer to reality.

Global Peace |

If we look around at the world today, it is clear that most of the tension and conflicts are based on misunderstandings among different ethnic and religious groups. These conflicts are caused by a lack of tolerance and respect for diversity. To promote universal peace and love, the theme of the park will be ‘One Global Village’, which represents the arts and designs of various countries and nature. This theme park will be in the form of a small beautiful world - an island of peace and education. We have registered the name “Magic Land of Peace” for this theme resort. |

| Safety & Security |
| Appropriate safety and Security arrangements have planned throughout the Park for the safety and security this include, monitoring cameras, security guard, secured access, children friendly equipment, fixture etc. |

| Besides security bands, we plan to use radio frequency wrist-bands for the children at an additional charge. This will facilitate the parents in keeping track of their children all the time and parents can search for their children at any given time or can request a report at the end of their stay for all the places their children visited during the day. This security feature will be placed on all entrances and exits. |
