| If we look around at the world today, it is clear that most of the tension and conflicts are based on misunderstandings among different ethnic and religious groups. These conflicts are caused by a lack of tolerance and respect for diversity. To promote universal peace and love, the theme of our Commercial district on River Walk is ‘One Global Village’ and have registered the name “Magic Land of Peace” for our this theme resort. |

| Water Front Entrance |
| Our designers have taken the advantage of live rivers and natural greenery surrounding the park to build a grand river front entrance facing Hwy I-35. The design include beautiful River Walk with Venetian style boats (gondolas) and canoes with floating restaurants. There will be attractive bridges, and walk areas for a cultural parade. Immediately after the walk areas we plan to site the Global Village buildings; representing different countries. Colorful lighting on these buildings in the evenings will create a spectacular image on the river. People driving on the major highways will also be able to glimpse these glittering buildings. |

| International Village |
| Along the River Walk Front, we plan to have plenty of walking as well as eating places. Parallel to the River Walk we plan to have Global Village buildings representing different countries and depicting their arts, cultures, and traditions. We plan to have music with dancing, and different shows from these countriesin an effort to highlight the common and unifying themes that characterize human nature. The purpose behind this effort would be to depict to the children the concept of “Unity in Diversity”. While selecting the countries we have ensured representation from all major continents.
